We don’t have a mission statement, we have a lifestyle initiative. “We’re all in this together” is our mantra and the foundation of our success. Fellowship is our initiative. Helping someone else, whether it be helping a friend finish their plate or helping a fellow employee serve that plate, is what it’s all about. Our neighborhood counts on us, can we count on you?

We’re always looking for talented staff to add to our growing team here at The Crown Tavern. If you’ve had experience in a high-volume, fast-paced service establishment and understand that success in such a place results from a strong notion of camaraderie, we would love to have you in for an interview. Ideal candidates bring several years of experience in a similar environment, but the only thing truly required is an attitude that aligns with our own.
