While his aspirations to create a whole new Queen City experience may appear to be lofty, his transformative personal history and award-winning local portfolio prove that his head is not lost in the clouds. Steven knows exactly what it takes to create a better restaurant experience.
A Culinary Institute Graduate (CIA) and former Executive Chef in some of New York and New Jersey’s finest eateries, Steven has since reinvented himself as a savvy “operations orientated” Restaurant Executive. At The Crown Tavern, you’ll see his influence from the moment you break bread with friends and family. Look around and you will see that he’ll likely be doing the same with his own. It’s his neighborhood too, after all.
Stuart Cameron, Executive Chef
Curating the feature presentation of The Crown Tavern experience is Stuart Cameron. For over 20 years Stuart has been preparing innovative fine cuisine in restaurants across the country. A graduate of Cornell University, Stuart combines classic French techniques with traditional American influences to creating unparalleled signature dishes.
With decades of pursuing culinary evolution under his belt, his kitchen’s creations are sure to keep everyone at the table urging you to share what’s on your plate. Stuart isn’t satisfied until his guests are, so keep the small plate orders coming during your visit.
